摘　　要：本文以企业的产学研合作原始创新过程为研究对象,在总结国外经典创新过程模型的基础上,基于系统理论,构建了包含选择过程、运行过程、绩效评价过程和系统演化过程的创新过程模型(SOEE)。该模型描述了企业的产学研合作原始创新过程的动态性、开放性及超循环系统性,适用于目前我国企业的原始创新及其持续性创新活动。SOEE模型的构建不仅完善了创新过程模型的完整性及系统性,而且能为企业的产学研合作原始创新活动提供实践指导和决策依据。The paper took the original innovation process of enterprise＇s university-industry cooperation as a subject of study. After sum- marizing classic foreign innovation process models, it modeled the innovation process based on the System Theory. The model included the selection process, the operation process, the performance evaluation process and the system evolution process. The model described the innovation process as a dynamic, open and super-circulation system, which was applicable to enterprise＇s original innovation and its sustainable innovation. The SOEE model not only perfected the innovation process with its integrity and systematization, but also provid- ed guidance and basis for original innovation of university-industry collaboration.
