摘　　要：目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定左卡尼汀的含量。方法:采用spherisorb C18柱,以甲醇-0.05mol·L-1磷酸二氢钾(用80％磷酸调节pH为2.4)(35:65)为流动相,用紫外检测器于225 nm波长处检测。结果:左卡尼汀浓度在0.1～0.8 mg·ml-1范围内有良好线性关系(r=0.997 8),平均回收率为99.8％。结论:本法快速、简便、准确。Objectives: To determine the content of levocarnitine by HPLC. Method: Spherisorb C18 colunm was used, menthanol (0.05 mol- L-1)-potassium dihydrogen phosphate(pH = 2. 4) (35: 65) were served as mobile phase, it was detected at wavelength 225 run with UV-detector. Result: Levocamitine concentration presented a good linear relation within a range of 0.1-0. 8 mg-ml-1. The average recovery was 99.8 % . Conclusion: This method is rapid, simple, and accurate.
