摘　　要：近年来在国内高等教育不断发展的背景下,全国大部分高校图书馆都在进行新馆建设。新馆建设虽然得到了较快的发展,但是其还存在盲目行动、规划不够,资源丰富、整合不足,手段先进、效果不佳等问题,因此高校图书馆需要在服务理念、信息资源、学习共享空间、图书馆员知识结构、服务工作评价机制等方面做出转变。In recent years, under the background of the continuous development of the domestic higher education, most domestic university libraries have constructed the new library. Although the new library construction gets the faster development, there are still some problems, such as the action is blind and the planning is not enough, resources are rich but integrations are insufficient, methods are advanced but the effect is not good, therefore, university libraries need to make some changes in the service concept, information resources, the Learning Commons, the knowledge structure of librarians and the service evaluation mechanism.
