摘　　要：开放科学和开放数据环境从根本上改变了学术交流的速度与模式。在这一机遇下,专业图书馆应该深入理解开放科学与开放数据的内涵,认识到开放科学和开放数据的优势与目标,变革图书馆服务理念与模式,最终实现面向开放科学和开放数据环境的角色转换。The environment of Open Science and Open Data has fundamentally changed the speed and the mode of academic exchanges. Under this opportunity, the professional library should deeply understand the connotation of Open Science and Open Data, recognize the advantage and the target of Open Science and Open Data, change the library service idea and mode and finally realize the role conversion oriented the environment of Open Science and Open Data.
