摘  要:建立了以沉淀聚合方式合成氧氟沙星分子印迹微球的方法,并对其进行了性能表征。优化的合成条件是:模板分子氧氟沙星、功能单体4-乙烯基吡啶和交联剂乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯用量分别为1、4和60 mmol(摩尔比为1∶4∶60),引发剂偶氮二异丁腈为0.2 mmol,溶剂乙腈为220 mL,反应温度为60℃,反应时间为20 h。Scatchard分析表明,在最优条件下合成的印迹微球存在两类不同性质的结合位点,高亲和性吸附位点平衡常数和最大表观吸附量分别为3.423 mmol·L-1和133.16μmol·g-1,低亲和性吸附位点平衡常数和最大表观吸附量分别为19.26 mmol·L-1和568.65μmol·g-1。印迹微球重复使用次数不少于9次,具有直接用作固相萃取柱填料的潜力。A precipitation polymerization method was developed for the preparation of ofloxacin im- printed polymer microspheres. The performances of the microspheres were investigated. Under the opti- mized synthesis conditions, the imprinted microspheres were prepared by polymerizing at 60 C for 20 h and using 1 mmol ofloxacin as template, 4 mmol 4-vinyl pyridine as functional monomer, 60 mmol ethyl- ene-dimethacrylate as crosslinker ( molar ratio of 1 : 4 : 60), 0.2 mmol azodiisobutyronitrile as the initia- tor, 220 mL acetonitrile as solvent. Seathcard analysis showed that two classes of binding sites existed in the imprinted polymers. The dissociation constant of high affinity' s binding site was 3.423 mmol L-1, and the max apparent binding capacity was 133.16 pmol g-i while the dissociation constant of low af- finity' s binding site was 19.26 mmol L-1 , and the max apparent binding capacity was 568.65 ixmol -1 g . The molecularly imprinted polymers could be reused nine times without significant decrease on ad- sorption properties and directly used as solid phase extraction column packing.
