摘 要:采用封端基聚氨酯应用浸轧法对精纺羊毛织物进行整理。通过对整理前后织物的弯曲刚度、白度以及断裂伸长等性能变化的研究和分析,优化端基聚氨酯对羊毛织物的整理工艺。采用优化工艺对精纺羊毛织物进行整理,测试并对比整理前后织物的相关物理和力学性能。研究发现,聚氨酯整理后羊毛织物的形态稳定性能明显改善,提高了羊毛织物的防毡缩性能,折皱回复性能和褶裥保持性能,整理后织物的吸湿性,透气透湿性以及断裂强力变化不大。热稳定性能分析显示,聚氨酯整理后羊毛纤维的主体性质未受影响,纤维的热稳定性能没有明显变化。聚氨酯整理有效改善了羊毛织物的服用性能,并为开发新型易养护,机可洗且具有新型外观风格的羊毛织物提供了新途径。In this study, capping based polyurethane padding method used for worsted wool fabric finishing. Through the bending stiffness of the fabric after finishing, whiteness and elongation and other properties change research and analysis, optimization of the end-based polyurethane wool fabric finishing process. Using an optimized process for worsted wool fabric finishing, tested and compared before and after finishing fabrics relevant physical and mechanical properties. Study found that polyurethane finishing wool fabrics form stability improved significantly. Finishing improve the anti-felting wool fabric properties, crease recovery properties and folds, maintaining performance. Finished fabric moisture absorption, breathable moisture permeability and fracture strength changed little. Thermal stability analysis showed that the polyurethane body after finishing properties of wool fibers unaffected, thermal stability of the fiber did not change significantly. Polyurethane finishing effectively improved the performance of fabric wool and to develop new and easy maintenance, machine washable and has a new look and feel of wool fabric provides a new way.
