摘 要:以已转DREB1A基因地被菊的4个株系为研究对象,以野生型植株为对照,分析了其在高温胁迫条件下形态及生理指标变化规律。结果表明:经48 h高温胁迫后有3个转基因株系的叶片相对含水量显著高于野生型植株,电导率及MDA(丙二醛)质量摩尔浓度均以野生型最高;当胁迫时间大于24 h时,转基因株系的SOD(超氧化物歧化酶)活性均高于野生型;在各胁迫时间点内野生型植株POD(过氧化物酶)活性均低于转基因株系;形态指标方面,QY2、QY3的株高、冠幅胁迫指数均显著高于野生型。从而得出转基因株系与野生型植株相比具有一定的高温胁迫耐性。Four transgenic lines of ground cover chrysanthemum with over-expressing DREB1A that conferred strong tolerance of drought stress were treated under high temperature with the ' Wild Type' as check. After 48 h stress, there were three transgenic lines significant higher than ' Wild Type' RWC content, and ' Wild Type' was highest in MDA content. When stress time was longer than 24 h, SOD and POD content in ' Wild Type' was the lowest. The PHSI index in QY2 and QY3 lines were also significant higher than ' Wild Type', Therefore, the transgenic lines have higher temperature tolerance than check.
