Community Structure of Phytoplankton in Xiaoheli River Reservoir and Its Upstream Rivers in Dry and Rainy Seasons

摘  要:于2012年枯水期(7月份)和丰水期(9月份),对小鹤立河水库及其上游河流水域浮游植物进行了野外采样调查。经鉴定,调查区域内共有浮游植物145种,隶属8门。从枯水期到丰水期,水库硅藻种类及优势种比例降低,绿藻种类及优势种比例升高,变化较为明显;而河流浮游植物组成及优势种均以硅藻为主,变化幅度较小。从枯水期到丰水期,生物量均降低。通过综合营养状态指数(TL,I)分析表明,枯水期到丰水期指数变化不大,小鹤立河流域水质在贫—中营养之间。灰关联分析结果表明,对小鹤立河上游及水库浮游植物丰度影响最大的是水温和透明度。An experiment was conducted to investigate the phytoplankton structure in Xiaoheli River Reservoir and its upstream rivers from 13 sample stations in dry and rainy seasons (July and September) in 2012. 145 species were found belonging to eight divisions. From dry season to rainy season, the ratio of Bacillariophyta and dominant specie is dramatically de- clined, while the ratio of Chlorophyta and dominant specie is markedly raised. There is a slightly change in river, where the community structure of phytoplankton and dominant specie show priority to Bacillariophyta. Biomass and abundance of different sampling sites are reduced. Trophic state index ( TL.1) demonstrates that all sampling stations are Oligotropher- Mesotropher and the index changes slightly. By grey association analysis, the highest values of grey association degree are water temperature and diaphaneity.
