摘  要:采用表面消毒和不消毒2种方式处理,对四川二郎山林场不同海拔、不同冠层以及不同叶龄的云杉叶栖真菌进行了分离鉴定。结果表明:分离纯化的真菌有26个属,其中Pestalotiopsis和Penicillium同为云杉上、中、下冠层的优势种群。多样性分析表明,云杉下冠层的多样性和均匀度最高,中冠层最低。随着叶龄的增加,真菌种群数量也表现为上升趋势。从云杉上分离得到了引起云杉叶疫病的根球壳孢菌(Rhizosphaera kalkhoffia)。The dendrocola mycoflora were isolated and identified in different ahitude, canopy and age of the spruce needles based on two kinds of surface treatments : surface sterilization and no sterilization. 26 species fungus were obtained by separation and purification. Pestalotiopsis and Perticillium are both the dominant populations in every different canopy. By the diversity analysis, diversity and evenness are the maximum in the lower canopy and minimum in the middle canopy. Fungal population rises with the increase of leaf age. In addition, spruce needle blight pathogen Rhizosphaera kalkhoffia is isolated from spruce needles, which provide a clue to the serious loss of spruce needles on Erlang Mountain.
