摘  要:对超高压管式反应器的内部缺陷进行了微观金相组织分析及硬度测定,采用扫描电子显微镜对腐蚀产物进行了成分及形貌分析。结果表明,管道内壁腐蚀主要表现为腐蚀凹坑,凹坑底部未发现裂纹类缺陷,腐蚀产物主要是铁的氧化物。根据内壁缺陷的位置和实际运行参数,进行了温度场模拟和稳态热分析,结果表明,腐蚀位置处于醋酸蒸汽露点温度带;缺陷产生的主要原因是管道停工期间醋酸蒸汽冷凝造成的露点腐蚀。In order to study the causes of interior defects in ultra high pressure tubular reactors, microscopic metallurgical structure analysis and hardness test were conducted. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and EDS were used to study the composition and morphology of corrosion products. The results showed that the interior defect was corrosion pit without crack at the bottom, and the corrosion product was mainly iron oxide. The temperature field simulation and steady state thermal analysis were conducted, based on the operating parameters and the position of the corrosion pit. The results showed that the corrosion located on the acetic acid dew point temperature band. The corrosion was caused by acetic acid dew point corrosion during the lay-off.
