摘 要:以"秋光88"番茄品种为试材,采用浸种和灌根的方法,研究了不同浓度(0.1、0.5、1.0、4.0mmol/L)的香草醛对番茄种子萌发、幼苗生长和生理特性的影响。结果表明:1.0mmol/L香草醛在一定程度上能促进番茄种子萌发和幼苗生长,其余几个浓度处理则表现出或促进或抑制的作用;并且香草醛干扰了番茄幼苗地上和地下的生长平衡,尤其对根系生长产生了较大影响;总体来看,香草醛对番茄幼苗的生理活动产生了负面影响,尤其是4.0mmol/L浓度处理,降低了番茄根系活力和叶片中叶绿素含量,而丙二醛(MDA)和游离脯氨酸(Pro)的含量增加,细胞膜相对透性增大。Taking ‘Qiuguang 88' variety of tomato as material, the effect of different concentration of vanillin on seed germination, seedling growth and physiological characteristics of tomato were studied by soaking seed and root-irrigation. The results showed that, to some extent, 1.0 mmol/L vanillin promoted the tomato seed germination and seedling growth ,other concentrations did not have significant effect. And vanillin disturbed overground and underground balance of tomato seedling, especially the root growth was greatly affected. Overall, vanillin had negative impact on physiological activities of tomato, especially 4. 0 mmol/L. Concretely, the root activity and chlorophyll content were decreased, the plasma membrane permeability,MDA and free proline content were increased.
