克鲁兹王莲在贵州的引种育苗初报及栽培建议

摘　　要：以从上海、西双版纳等地引种的克鲁兹王莲为试材，研究了不同种子处理方式对其种子发芽率的影响，对比了不同光照催芽条件下种子的发芽情况及幼苗生长特征，并结合贵州的地理气候为王莲的引种栽培提出了合理的建议。结果表明：种子顶刻处理的发芽率高，霉变率相对较小；强光和自然光＋补光2种光照催芽条件的幼苗成苗率较高；王莲种子需在15℃水中保存，种子萌发需要30～33℃；根据贵州地区气候条件，王莲室内育苗从3月中下旬开始，5月温棚补光加温育苗，6月下旬移植室外；室内育苗需保证其足够生长空间并合理培肥和防治病虫害。Taking Victoria ctuziana that introduced from Shanghai and Xishuangbanna etc. as test materials, the effect of different seed treatment on seed germination rate were explored, the germination of seeds and seedling growth under different light conditions of germination were compared, combined with geography and climate of Guizhou introduction and cultivation of lotus king made a reasonable proposal. The results showed that the seed germination rate of top engraved was high,mildew rate was relatively low; seedling germination of two kinds of light conditions which light and natural light ＋ fill light had a higher survival rate; Victoria ctuziana seeds should be stored at 15℃ water, seeds germination took 30-33℃;aceording to the climatic conditions in Guizhou Province,Victoria ctuziana indoor nursery started from mid-March to late, heating greenhouses fill light nursery in May, transplanting outdoors in late June; indoor nursery growing need to ensure their adequate space and rational fertilization and pest control.
