摘  要:在稳流气道试验台上,模拟了YC6108柴油机进气道倾斜、纵向胀大等铸造偏差,利用Ricardo和FEV气道性能评价指标,研究铸造缺陷如何影响进气道的性能。试验结果表明:进气道入口处向上抬高,涡流强度减小,纵向胀大使进气道的流量系数和涡流比明显降低,而当进气道既倾斜又胀大时,将进一步恶化气道性能。The cast deviation of the intake port inclination and longitudinal swelling, etc, of the YC6108 diesel engine are simulated on the test bed of steady flow air passage. How does the cast deviation influence the intake port performance is studied by the evaluation target for the air passage from Ricardo and FEV. The test result shows that the vertex strength decrease when raising the entrance of the intake port, and longitudinal swelling will lead to the now coefficient and vertex ratio decrease obviously. In the case when both the inclination and swelling exist in the intake port, the performance of the intake port would deteriorate further.
