摘 要:在配电网中配置储能系统可以平抑高峰负荷,减少负荷峰谷差,提高供电可靠性,降低网络损耗。研究了配电网中引入储能系统在降低发电侧、输配电侧建设容量投资和减少重要用户停电损失费用方面带来的经济价值,分析了其降低配电网络损耗和利用分时电价减少电量电费获得的经济效益。同时,考虑储能系统的一次投资成本和运行维护成本,建立了经济性最优条件下适合不同储能类型的容量优化配置模型。以某配电网为例,对模型进行求解分析。Energy storage system in distribution network can stabilize peak load, reduce peak-valley difference, im- prove the power supply reliability, and decrease grid loss. The economic value brought by energy storage system intro- duced in distribution network are studied, including reducing investment in generation side as well as transmission and distribution side of the building capacity and decreasing the power failure expenses for important users. Economic benefits obtained by energy storage system through decreasing loss of power grid and making use of time of use (TOU) price to reduce electricity tariff are analyzed. In the mean time, considering the primarily capital cost and operation and maintenance cost of energy storage system, the capacity optimal allocation model for different types of energy stor- age system is developed under the optimal economic conditions. The model was solved and analyzed in an example of power grid.
