摘　　要：历史地段是城市历史与文化集中体现的地段,其中文化遗产更是承载了城市的记忆与精神。遗产旅游步道是将历史地段中一系列文化遗产按照历史进程组织起来而形成的旅游路线。该文基于遗产保护、遗产旅游和遗产管理的相关理论,分析和研究以遗产旅游步道为核心的历史地段保护与更新方法,并介绍国内外若干遗产旅游步道的典型案例及其相关经验,试图为文物古迹与历史文化街区的活化与再利用提供一种新的思路。Historic area is the place where highly reflects the history and culture of a city, meanwhile, the culture heritages in this area records the city memory and delivers the city spirit. Heritages trail is a consecutive tour route made up a series heritages in the historic area according to the historical progress. This paper takes the background of the theory： heritage conservation, heritage tourism and heritage management as background, analyzes and studies the conservation and revitalization approach of historic area based on the heritages trail, and takes several typical cases domestic and overseas to introduce the relevant experiences, it tries to provide a new idea for the conservation and revitalization of historic site and historic district.
