摘　　要：上海近代建筑保护运动开展二十多年以来,保护观念与实践的探索方兴未艾。"陈桂春宅"作为陆家嘴地区唯一得以幸存的近代建筑,见证了上海近代建筑保护的发展脉络。该文试图通过研究陈桂春宅的保护背景及两次修缮工作的记录,揭示上海近代建筑的保护观念的进步及其影响下的保护制度与保护技术的发展。Since the preservation movement for Shanghoi＇s modern architecture emerged in the recent twenty years, the exploration in preservation theory and practice has risen. The Chen-Guichun House, as the only surviving modern architecture in Lu]iazui District, witnessed the development of Shanghai＂s preservation efforts for modern architecture. This research studies the background of the Chen-Guichun House＇s preservation and the record of its two restoration proiects. Through the above study, we demonstrate the progress in the understanding of modern architecture＇s preservation in Shanghai, the transformation of the preservation system and technics under its influence.
