摘  要:用具有超分子结构的阴离子型表面活性剂VES-HT01与6%KCl复配,得到新型耐高温低伤害的阴离子VES压裂液。压裂液性能评价结果表明,在100 s-1剪切速率下,随温度升高,压裂液黏度先增加后降低,在100℃左右达到最高值180 mPa·s,150oC时的黏度为55 mPa·s。在140℃、170 s-1下剪切60 min,黏度基本保持不变。黏弹性较好。25℃、100℃下陶粒在压裂液中的沉降速率分别为5、33 mm/min,悬砂性较好。在50℃、100℃下分别加入2%、1%柴油静置120 min后,压裂液黏度为3 mPa·s,无残渣,破胶液表面张力为23.5 mN/m。抗菌性良好。成本与常规瓜尔胶压裂液相当。A high temperature fracturing fluid with low formation damage was developed by mixing supramolecular anionic surfactant (VES-HT01) and 6% KCl. Fracturing fluid evaluating experiment results showed that the viscosity of fracturing fluid increased first and then decreased with increasing temperature when the sheafing rate was 100 s-1. The maximum viscosity was 180 mPa. s at 100℃ and the viscosity was 55 mPa. s at 150℃. The fluid viscosity was unchanged after sheafing 60 min at 140℃ and 170 s-~, which showed good viscoelasticity. The settlement rate of ceramic proppant in fracturing fluid was 5 and 33 mm/min at 25℃ and 100℃, respectively. The VES gel could be broken with no residue by contacting with 2%, 1% diesel after 120 min at 50℃ and 100℃. The viscosity of broken-gel fluid was 3 mPa . s and surface tension was 23.5 mN/m. The fracturing fluid had good anti-microbial properties. The cost of fluid was comparable to that of conventional guar fracturing fluid.
