摘  要:针对电动汽车充放电设施建设滞后的问题,基于LED路灯和电动汽车充电都有把交流电转换为直流电的实际需求,提出在进行市政路灯节能改造时,对220V交流电进行集中整流,同步建设一体化充电桩的节能技术方案。广泛分布于城市街道的一体化充电桩在保证道路高效照明的同时,为电动汽车充放电提供方便的接口,并且具有保护、监测、控制、通信、计量等功能,便于主站系统实现对路灯和电动汽车充放电状态的远程监测和控制。在对市政路灯供电线路规模化改造的基础上,可以建设大范围的低压直流供电网络,从而广泛吸纳光伏等新能源发电,最终形成城市智能充电网络。该方案能有效提高能源利用效率,并有力推动电动汽车的推广,效益分析表明该节案具有良好的应用和推广价值。In allusion to the delay in the construction of charging/discharging facilities for electric vehicles (EV) and based on the practical demand on concentrated rectification of 220V AC power supply for both LED street lighting and DC charging piles for EV, an energy-saving scheme of performing concentrated rectification of 220V AC power supply and constructing DC charging piles for EV during the energy-saving renovation of urban street lighting is proposed. The integrated DC charging piles for EV widely distributed along the urban streets not only can ensure the efficient street lighting and provide convenient interfaces for charging/discharging of EV, but also possess such functions as protection, monitoring, control, communication and metering and can make the master station system convenient to implement remote monitoring and control for street lighting and charging/discharging situation of EV. Based on large-scale renovation of municipal power supply lines for street lighting it is possible to construct a wide-range low-voltage DC power supply network, in the meanwhile the new energy power generation such as photovoltaic (PV) generation and so on can be widely integrated and finally a smart urban charging network can be formed. The proposed energy-saving scheme can effectively improve the efficiency of energy utilization and vigorously promote the popularization and application of EV. Results of benefit analysis show that the proposed scheme is worthy to popularize and apply.
