摘 要:针对小水电信息实时采集的通信难题,以普遍使用的智能手机为载体,以覆盖广泛的移动通信网络和无线网络为信息传输媒介,设计了三段可扩展信息编码方式,开发了基于Android平台的智能手机小水电信息采集系统。论述了系统通信方式、总体方案、设计流程和功能结构,并从通用控件设计、信息编码生成器、基于SQLite的数据缓存及96点计划的智能制作等方面阐述了软件实现的关键技术。最后通过在云南电网小水电管理中的成功应用验证了系统的实用性和良好的可扩展性。In allusion to the difficulty in real-time information acquisition of small hydropower stations, taking the widely used smart phones as the information carrier and the mobile communication network with wide coverage area and the wireless network as the information transmission medium, a three-section extensible information encoding mode is designed and an Android platform based information acquisition system for small hydropower stations is developed. The communication mode, overall scheme, design process and functional structure of the proposed system are discussed, and the key technique to realize the software such as the design of general controls, the information encoding generator, the SQLite based data-caching mechanism and the 96-point intellectualized scheduling are expounded. Finally, the practicality and good extendibility of the proposed system are validated by the success application of the proposed system in small hydropower administration of Yunan power grid.
