摘 要:为探求城市高负荷密度新区电压层级配置方案的适用性,提出模拟规划区域变电站和电力网络综合规划的数学模型。采用粒子群算法对模型进行求解,获得并比较各种负荷密度和4种设备选型下,220/110/10 kV、220/110/20 kV、220/20 kV这3种电压层级优化规划方案的建设规模及经济性指标。研究表明,负荷密度达到10 MW/km2及以上时宜采用20 kV作为中压配电电压;与220/110/20 kV层级相比,简化变电层次的220/20 kV电压层级在各种设备选型下经济性更优。To search after the applicability of voltage class combination scheme for new urban district with high load density, a mathematical model to simulate integrated programming of substations and power network in planned district is proposed and solved by particle swarm optimization algorithm. The construction scales and economic indices of voltage class optimization scheme for three voltage class combinations, i.e., the combination of 220/110/10 kV, the combination of 220/110/20 kV and the combination of 220/20 kV, under various load densities and four kinds of equipment selection are attained and compared. Research results show that when load density reaches to 10 MW/km2 and above it is suitable to take the voltage class of 20kV for medium-voltage distribution, and the voltage class combination of 220/20 kV possesses better economy under various equipment selections than voltage class combination of 220/110/20 kV.
