摘 要:为解决配电网系统中日趋严重的三相不平衡问题,提出以降低配电网的总体三相不平衡度为优化目标构建配电网重构模型,并引入图论代数连通度理论对辐射状网络拓扑约束条件进行快速处理,通过融合不同特点的变异策略构造复合型微分进化算法对重构模型进行求解。仿真算例结果验证了所提方法的有效性。To cope with increasingly serious three-phase disequilibrium in distribution network, it is proposed to construct a reconfiguration model for distribution network, in which the decreasing of total three-phase disequilibrium in distribution network is taken as optimization objective, and the algebraic connectivity in graph theory is led in to fast process the constraints of radial network topology, and through merging mutation strategies with different features a compound differential evolution algorithm is constructed to solve the reconfiguration model. Using the proposed method the overall three-phase current disequilibrium in distribution network can be improved and the transmission loss of distribution network can be reduced. The effectiveness of the proposed method is validated by simulation results of IEEE 34-bus system.
