摘 要:1 000 kV特高压交流同塔双回输电线路由于电场间的相互影响,其电晕问题更为突出,根据示范工程开展的同塔双回耐张塔跳线及金具的电场计算结果,需要对跳线及其金具结构进行优化。为获得优化后的跳线及金具电晕放电特性,利用紫外成像仪对笼式和铝管式2类不同结构刚性跳线开展电晕特性试验研究,找出有明显电晕放电的跳线及金具,确定放电位置和电晕起始电压试验值。采用三维有限元方法建立仿真模型,计算场强,分析产生电晕的原因。研究结果不仅验证了电晕特性研究方法的有效性,同时表明优化后的跳线及金具能有效降低电场强度,防晕效果显著。根据研究成果,推荐采用的刚性跳线及配套连接金具满足特高压同塔双回输电线路的运行要求,已应用于示范工程的设计建设中。Due to interaction among electric fields the corona discharge is more hazardous for the secure operation of 1 000 kV UHVAC double circuit transmission lines on the same tower. The computational results of electric fields of jumpers and fittings for the demonstration project of 1 000 kV UHVAC double circuit transmission lines on the same tower show that the structure of the jumper and fittings should be optimized. To obtain the corona discharge characteristics of optimized jumper and fittings, the experimental investigation for corona discharge characteristics of cage-type and aluminum tube-type of rigid jumpers with different structures is carried out by ultraviolet imager to find the jumpers and fittings with obvious discharge traces to determine the discharge position and the trail value of corona inception voltage. Three-dimensional finite element method is utilized to establish the simulation model to calculate electric field strength and analyze the reason to lead to corona. Results of this research not only validates the effectiveness of the research approach for corona discharge characteristics, but also shows that the optimized jumpers and fittings can effectively decrease the electric field strength and well prevent the occurrence of corona. According to the research results, the recommended rigid jumpers and the matched connecting fittings can meet the operational requirement of UHVAC double circuit transmission lines on the same tower and have been applied in the design and construction of the demonstration project.
