摘　　要：选择广东省的交通部门为研究对象,采用德尔菲法筛选出最适宜广东省的低碳交通关键措施,并在此基础上分析各关键措施的减排贡献和成本,定量地探讨广东省交通低碳发展的路径,以期有效引导广东省交通部门的低碳发展。The paper takes the transport sector as the object to research the quantitative analysis method of low - carbon development path. Firstly, it screens the key low - carbon transport measures which mostly appropriate Guangdong province by adopting Delphi method. And then the CO2 emission reduction contribution and cost of these key measures are analyzed. According to the analysis, the key low - carbon transport measures of Guangdong are encouraging public transport, promoting clean fuel vehicle and increasing rail transport proportion. Among them, the measure of increasing rail transport proportion has the largest emission reduction potential and the highest cost. While, encouraging public transport and promoting clean fuel vehicle have relatively small emission reduction potential, but the cost is much lower. The development of low - carbon transport in Guangdong should give priority to low - cost measures, and uhimately achieve the sustainable development of the transport sector.
