摘  要:基于开式空气吸附基本原理,在直径50 mm的不锈钢管内填充硅胶-氯化钙复合吸附剂,制备了太阳能水管;利用吸附床内的复合吸附剂吸附空气中的水分,并利用太阳能加热吸附床使之脱附,通过冷凝器冷凝成液态水。理论计算显示,在环境湿度为40%时,单只水管一昼夜可获得水量为700 ml左右。将多支水管组合起来,有望在沙漠或荒岛上建立小型饮水站,也可以在干旱地区发展滴灌式大棚种植业。Solar water-getting tube (SWT) is a stainless steel tube whose diameter is 50 mm, which is filled with silica gel - calcium chloride compound adsorbent. SWT is based on the basic principle of open adsorption, which uses a composite adsorbent in adsorption bed to adsorb water vapor from air, uses solar energy heating adsorption bed to desorb and uses condenser to condense, at last the liquid water is stored. Through the theoretical calculation, when the humidity is 40%, one SWT with new composite adsorbent of silica gel - calcium chloride is expected to get about 700 ml water during a single night and day. With more than one SWT, small drinking station is expected to be applied in desert or on barren island, and to develop drip irritation tYPe zreenhouse cultivation in arid regions.
