摘 要:目的通过复方雷公藤汤及其拆方对肾病大鼠的干预效应,考察雷公藤不同配伍对雷公藤的减毒增效作用;选取治疗肾病综合征毒效关系最优化的中药复方。方法按完全随机化原则将110只Wister大鼠分为11组,其中。肾病模型组9组(雷公藤组、雷何组、雷归组、雷芪组、全方组、雷金组、雷甘组、强地松组、肾病模型组),空白组2组(正常对照组、正常公藤组),每组10只,分笼饲养。正常对照组、正常公藤组大鼠尾静脉注射生理盐水0.65ml;肾病模型组9组尾静脉注射阿霉素0.65ml复制微小病变肾病综合征模型。复方雷公藤汤及其拆方实施干预,其全方及拆方中药按体表面积换算确定各药剂量。以强地松做阳性对照,采用全自动生化仪检测24h尿蛋白、总蛋白、白蛋白、尿素氮、肌酐等指标。结果治疗2周后,与雷公藤组24h尿蛋白(92.60±18.12)mg比较,全方组(48.60±11.75)mg、雷芪组(53.20±13.206)mg、雷甘组(56.40±16.52)mg均降低。全方组总蛋白、白蛋白[分别为(68.47±5.25)g/L、(28.97±3.01)g/L]、雷芪组[分别为(68.21±4.19)g/L、(27.58±2.62)g/L]、雷甘组[分别为(67.51±5.42)g/L、(26.56±1.89)g/L],与雷公藤组[分别为(58.98±4.84)g/L、(20.98±3.49)g/L]比较均升高(P均〈0.05)。与雷公藤组胆固醇、甘油三酯[分别为(1.48±0.65)mmol/L、(1.70±1.58)mmol/L]比较,全方组[分别为(0.78±0.134)mmol/L、(0.56_+0.14)mmol/L]、雷芪组[分别为(0.70±0.13)mmol/L、(0.65±0.12)mmol/L]、雷甘组[分别为(0.97±0.33)mmol/L、(0.66±0.18)mmol/L]均降低∽均〈0.0)。与雷公藤组尿素氮、肌酐[分别为(14.20±2.12)mmol/L、(78.10±6.14)~mol/L]比较,全方组[分别为(7.59_+0.78)mmol/L�Objective To investigate the different compatibility of tripterygium wilfordii on its attenuation and synergistic effects through applying Leigongteng decoction and its demolition decoctions on nephrosis rats, and to select the optimizing decoction to treat nephrotic syndrome. Methods 110 Wister rats were divided into 11 groups randomly, which were 9 groups of nephrosis model groups (including Leigongteng group, Leihe group, Leigui group, Leiqi group, Leigongteng ecoction group, Leijin group, Leigan group, prednisone group and nephrosis model group) and 2 blank groups (normal control group and normal Leigongteng group), 10 rats in each group. The normal control group and normal Leigongteng group was intravenous injected with 0.65 ml sodium chloride in caudal vein; 9 groups of nephrosis model groups were injected with 0.65 ml adriamycin. The prednisone group was selected for positive control, 24h urine protein,total protein, albumin, urea nitrogen, and creatinine were tested with automatic biochemistric meter. Results ALB (27.58±2.62)g/L, Leigan group Compared with (92.60___ 18.12) mg in Leigongteng group, the urine protein in Leigongteng diction group (48.60 +_ ll.75) mg, Leiqi group (53.20+__13.21) mg, and Leigan group(56.40_ 16.52) mg were reduced. Compared with the Leigongteng group TPR(58.98 ___4.84) g/L, ALB (20.98 ___ 3.49) g/L, the Leigongteng decoction group [TPR (68.47 __. 5.25) g/L, ALB (28.97 4- 3.01) g/L], TPR and ALB in Lei-Qi group TPR(68.21±4.19) g/L, TPR(67.51 ±5.42) g/L, ALB (26.56± 1.89) g/L were all elevated. Compared with Leigongteng group chol ( 1.48± 0.65) mmol/L TG ( 1.70 ±1.58) mmol/L, chol and TG in the Leigongteng decoction group chol(0.78±0.13)mmol/L, TG(0.56±0.14)mmol/L, Lei-Qi group chol (0.70 ±0.13) retool/L, TG (0.65 ± 0.12) mmol/L, and Leigan group chol (0.97 4- 0.33) mmol/L, TG (0.66 ± 0.18) mmol/L were lowered; compared with Leigongteng group, UN (14.20 4- 2.12) mmoFL, Cr �
