摘  要:以淮北市海孜沉陷区、童亭沉陷区和临涣沉陷区(3者统称为临海童湖)为研究对象,基于采煤沉陷区特点及区域水资源状况,采用沉陷区内部整治及与外部河流水系沟通方案,将临海童湖作为平原湖泊蓄滞雨洪资源,为临涣工业园区供水。通过调节计算可引水量和可供水量,临海童湖蓄水能在一定程度上缓解临涣工业园区供水紧张的局面,最后提出了临海童湖水资源调度运行方案和水生态修复方案。研究结果表明:利用采用沉陷区作为平原湖泊蓄滞雨洪资源有利于解决淮北市水资源短缺问题,这将是采煤沉陷区未来开发利用的一个十分重要的方向。In this paper coal mining subsidence areas of Haizi, Tongting and Linhuan(The three coal mining subsidence areas are called Linhaitong Lake) are studied. Based on coal mining subsidence areas characteristic and water resources conditions, Linhaitong Lake can save rain and flood and supply water for Linhuan Industry Park by dredging up coal mining subsidence areas and communicating them with external rivers. Water amount from external rivers and supply for industry park is calculated, and Linhaitong Lake can solve the problem of lack of water in Linhuan Industry Park. And finally the operation scheme and water ecological restoration scheme are put forward. The results show that by using coal mining subsidence as plain lakes to save rain and flood can solve the problem of lack of water in Huaibei City, and this is a very important direction in the future.
