摘　　要：法官素质低下 ,严重制约着司法独立的进程和审判方式的改革 ,成为导致司法腐败的症结之一 ,也影响着法官权威的树立和公众法治信仰的生成。提高法官素质成为推进司法改革的当务之急。治本之策应从改革现有的法官制度入手 。The Law quality of a judge restraining the independent development of the jurisdiction and the reform of trying is one of the causes of jurisdiction corruption.It also affects the setting of the law court authority and the public belief in the rule of law .Thus,to improve th quality of the judge is urgent during the reform of jurisdiction.The basic way is to begin from the reform of the current jurisdiction system so that a strict guarantee system to assure the self control of the judge is set up.
