补肾活血汤治疗老年高血压病肾虚血瘀证的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察补肾活血汤治疗老年高血压病肾虚血瘀型患者的临床疗效。方法将132例老年高血压病肾虚血瘀型患者随机分为对照组与治疗组,每组66例。对照组给予苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上给予补肾活血汤治疗,4周为1个疗程,观察两组治疗前后血压、临床症状、血清甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)及血清内皮素(ET)、一氧化氮(NO)的变化。结果治疗组降压疗效总有效率为92.42%,对照组为81.82%;治疗组临床症状总有效率为96.97%,对照组为77.27%;治疗后治疗组TG、TC、LDL-C、ET、NO显著改善;两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论补肾活血汤治疗老年高血压病肾虚血瘀证具有较好的疗效。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of BushenHuoxue Decoction on elderly hy- pertension of kidney deficiency and blood stagnation pattern/syndrome. Methods One hundred and thirty - two patients of elderly hypertension of kidney deficiency and blood stagnation pattern/syndrome were random- ized into a control group and a treatment group ,66 eases in each group. In the control group, Amlodipine Be- sylate Tablets were prescribed. In the treatment group, on the basis of the treatment as the control group, BushenHuoxue Decoction was supplemented. The medication of 4 weeks made 1 session. The changes in blood pressure, clinical symptoms, TG, TC, HDL - C, LDL - C, ET and NO were observed before and after treatment in the two groups. Results The total effective rate of anti - hypertension was 92.42% in the treat- ment group and was 81.82% in the control. The total effective rate of clinical symptoms was 96.97% in the treatment group and was 77.27% in the control group. After treatment, TG, TC, LDL - C, ET and NO were improved significantly in the treatment group. The differences were significant between the two groups （P 〈 0.05 ,P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion BushenHuoxue Decoction achieves the good efficacy on elderly hypertension of kidney deficiency and blood stagnation pattern/syndrome.
