摘　　要：报告了6例肾移植术后患者移植肾破裂出血的护理。严密观察病情变化,争取早期诊断,及时恰当处理,针对不同的治疗方式实施相应的心理护理、急性排斥反应的护理、预防感染与移植肾破裂的监护等措施,提高移植肾的存活率,挽救患者的生命,促进患者恢复身心健康。This paper introduces the nursing of six patients with renal allografl rupture and hemorrhage after kidney transplantation. Close observation of the patient＇s condition, early detection and timely treatment, psychological nurs- ing, nursing of acute rejection, prevention of infections and intensive care of renal allograft rupture are the key points to improve the survival rate and promote physical and mental rehabilitation.
