摘　　要：总结了1例慢性左主干完全闭塞合并特发性血小板减少性紫癜患者再血管化前的护理观察。积极改善心功能,观察处理心律失常及心肌缺血;观察糖皮质激素的治疗反应,预防激素治疗的不良反应;做好出血观察与预防;合理安排患者饮食,做好心理护理。患者在我科住院期间,心功能改善,主要不良心脏事件得到控制,未出现明显出血,血小板由4×109/L升至78×109/L,转心脏大血管外科行冠状动脉旁路移植术。This paper summarizes the pre-revascularization nursing of a patient with chronic total occlusion of left main coronary artery complicated with idiopathic thrombocytopenia purpura. The key points of nursing were measures to improve cardiac function, detection and treatment of arrhythmia and myocardial isehemia, observation of the drug efficacy and side effects of glucocorticoids, prevention of bleeding, diet nursing and psychological nursing. The patient＇s cardiac function was improved, major adverse cardiac events were controlled, and the platelet count increased from 4×10^9/L to 78×10^9/L without serious bleeding. The patient was safely transferred to the department of cardiovascular surgery for coronary artery bypass grafting.
