头颈部肿瘤患者放射治疗期间舒适水平及其影响因素的研究

摘　　要：目的调查头颈部肿瘤患者放射治疗(放疗)期间的舒适现状及其影响因素。方法采用头颈部肿瘤放疗患者舒适状况量表、社会支持评定量表和医学应对问卷,对3所三级甲等医院的200例患者进行问卷调查。结果患者整体舒适水平得分为(60.54±8.32)分。放疗次数、有无家属陪伴、文化程度、屈服应对、是否伴有糖尿病、是否伴化疗及支持利用度是影响舒适水平的因素(P<0.05),其中放疗次数、屈服应对、伴有糖尿病及化疗是负向影响因素,放疗次数影响作用最大。结论鼓励患者利用社会支持,采取主动积极的应对方式,对于放疗中后期、无家属陪伴、低文化程度、伴糖尿病或接受化疗的患者要给予更多关注。Objective To investigate the level and influencing factors of comfort in head and neck neoplasm pa- tients receiving radiotherapy. Methods A total of 200 head and neck neoplasm patients receiving radiotherapy were recruited from three tertiary first lass hospitals. They were investigated by Radiotherapy Comfort Questionnaire for Patients with Head and Neck Neoplasm,Social Support Scale and Medical Coping Modes Questionnaire. Results The total score of comfort was 60.54±8.32. Multiple linear regression analysis indicated that times of radiotherapy, family accompanying, educational level, resignation coping mode, complicated by diabetes, accompanying chemotherapy and the utilization of social support were influencing factors of comfort （P〈0.05）. Conclusion It is suggested to encourage head and neck neoplasm patients to utilize social support actively and take positive coping mode. Nurses should pay more attention to those patients during the later stage of radiotherapy or chemotherapy, with diabetes, without family accompanying, and with lower educational level.
