摘 要:详细分析了下盘残留矿石比例以及下盘残留矿石回收的特殊性对矿山矿石回收效果的影响。分析表明,下盘残留矿量比例主要受矿体赋存条件以及采矿方法主要结构参数影响,矿体厚度越小、倾角越缓,结构参数越大,下盘残留矿量比例越大,由矿岩混采造成的下盘残留矿石回收效果越差,改进下盘残留矿石回采工艺是保证下盘残留矿石充分回收以及矿石整体回收效果的关键。最后针对传统切岩回采下盘残留矿石工艺造成的矿体下盘残留矿石退采不充分及矿石回收效果差问题,提出了下盘切岩开采+上分段下盘进路间柱辅助回采进路回采下盘残留矿石新工艺以及增大矿体下盘崩矿步距、矿体下盘边孔角等降低矿石损失贫化技术措施,对目前国内相关矿山具有重要的借鉴意义。The proportion of footwall residual ores and the particularity of ore recovery in footwall residual ores for the ore recovery results's influence were analyzed detailedly. The analysis results show that: the proportion of footwall residual ores mainly affected by the orebody occurrence conditions and the structural parameters of the mining method; the thickness of orebody more smaller, the dip of orebody more slowly, the structural parameters of the mining method more larger, the proportion of footwall residual ores would more lager, and the recovery results of the footwall residual ores would more worse caused by the ore and rock mining mixed; the key to guarantee the footwall residual ores full recovery and have a good ore recovery results was improved the ming technology in the footwall fo orebody. In addition, this paper according to the problem that the footwall residual ores didn't recover fully and the ore recovery results too poor in traditional footwall cutting stopping technology put forward a new method that use the footwall cutting stopping technology combined with the assistant mining entrance stoping technology in the footwall column of head piece-wise's two mining entrance to mining the footwall residual ores and increased the independent advance of ore breaking and the lateral opening angle to reduce the ore lose and dilution measures. would be an meaningful example of the relevant mine.
