摘  要:孤岛工作面的自身条件使得巷道矿压显现明显,回采过程中巷道煤壁片帮严重,威胁着回采巷道的使用及工作面的安全生产,同时制约着工作面的推进速度。为解决这些问题,采用超细水泥防治煤壁片帮。分析了超细水泥黏度随凝结时间变化关系,得到了混合浆液的流动性和凝结时间随水灰比的增大而增强的结论;了解了注浆材料中加入适量膨胀剂后的效果,计算出体积膨胀率由原来的1.09倍增加到1.18倍;实验室内做了K8113工作面煤样的抗压试验,测得煤样抗压强度为2.234 MPa,将块状煤样与超细水泥按照质量比7∶3以上组成黏结骨架,72 h后测黏结骨架的抗压强度为7.864 MPa。将超细水泥防治片帮的方法应用到K8113工作面后,K8113工作面现场实测数据表明该方法是可行的。The ground pressure performed significantly as its conditions in island coal face, the phenomenon of coal wall spalling often be encountered in mining, and threats to use the roadway and face safety production, in order to solve this problems, this paper used micro - fine cement to control the coal wall spalling. Studied the relationship between fine cement viscosity and coagulation of the mixed slurry, and obtained the flow ability and coagulation is enhanced with the increase of water - cement ratio; Added some soundless cracking agent into grouting material, and the expansion of grouting material turned the original 1. 09 into 1. 18; From laboratory compression tests of K8113 coal, we know the compressive strength of coal is 2. 234 MPa; The lump of coal samples with fine cement composition according to mass ratio of 7: 3, after 72 h its compressive strength increases to 7. 864 MPa. According to the practical application of the K8113 ,the results showed that: micro - fine cement to control the coal wall spalling in island face is feasible.
