摘 要:我国矿产资源的开发利用存在开采强度高、单位能耗大、开发利用水平低以及废弃物的排放多、乱、杂等问题,这种落后的开发利用方式极大地浪费了有限的矿产资源。为此,提出了我国矿业循环经济发展的必要性,分析了推动绿色发展的重要性、紧迫性,介绍了矿业循环经济的理论背景和基本特征,并结合鲁中矿业有限公司、铜陵有色金属集团股份有限公司、河南灵宝市矿业循环经济发展的典型成功案例,提出了矿业循环经济发展的对策和遵循的基本原则,以推动矿业健康可持续发展。There are many issues in development and utilization of mineral resources in China such as high mining intensity ,high energy consumption per unit, low-level exploitation, and overmuch, chaotic and miscellaneous waste emission etc. This backward mode in development and utilization severely wasted the limited mineral resources. Based on this, the necessity of circular economy on mining was proposed and the significance and urgency of promoting green development in China were analyzed. The theoretical background and basic features of mining circular economy were introduced as well. The corresponding countermeasures and basic principles for mining circular economy development were put forward to promote mining development in more healthy and sustainable way by reference of typical successful cases of mining circular economy development in Minmetals Luzhong Mining Co. ,Ltd. ,Tongling Nonferrous Metals Group Holding Co. ,Ltd. ,and Henan Lingbao City, etc respectively.
