摘 要:在煤炭行业中,齿式联轴器的应用较为广泛,这主要是由于齿式联轴器具备承载能力强、结构紧凑、综合补偿两轴相对位移能力强以及工作可靠稳定的特点,并且相比于其它类型的联轴器,其也更适合在重载下工作。而新型的齿式联轴器在结合传统联轴器优点的基础上,对加工的成本以及装配的可操作性进行了整合优化,应用程度也更为广泛。在煤炭设备的安装和检查维修中质量要求的重要的一个项目就是联轴器同轴度的检查工作,并且联轴器同轴度的好坏对于所连接的两个机械设备的运行情况也有着重要的影响。文章对新型齿式联轴器和传统齿式联轴器的特点、新型齿式联轴器的关键技术以及新型齿式联轴器同轴度的校正方法进行了详细的分析和探讨。Application of gear couplings is wide in the coal industry, which is mainly because the gear coupling has high bearing capacity, compact structure, comprehensive compensate relative displacement ability and reliability, and compared with other types, it is more suitable for the heavy work. In combination with traditional coupling advantages, the new gear coupling has integration and optimization, on the processing cost and the assembly operability,the application is also more extensive. In the installation and inspection of coal equipment repair quality requirements, the coupling concentricity inspection work is very important, and the running coupling concentricity is good or had for the two machines are connected and significantly influence. In the paper, three aspects are analyzed and discussed in detail, such as the key technology concepts, characteristics of the new gear coupling and the traditional gear coupling model of the tooth type coupling, and the new gear coupling concentricity correction methods.
