摘  要:研发了一套实时动态分析光固化树脂收缩形变演化的测试装置,研究了三种材料在不同光照时间以及光照强度下的收缩形变演化规律。结果表明,光照时间主要决定固化完成程度,而对总收缩率无显著影响。随着光照强度的提高,制品的总收缩量、最大收缩速度均随之提高;到达最大收缩速率的时间随之缩短,而后期收缩则随之降低。以此为基础,探讨分析了光固化模塑成型的精度控制方法。A device was developed to simulate molding condition and to monitor material shrinkage during UV-curingmolding, coordinating with buoyancy method. The shrinkage evolution of three materials in different illumination time and light intensity was researched. The results show that illumination time has main effects on degree of curing completion, but has no effect on final shrinkage. Increasing light intensity can increase final shrinkage and max shrinkage rate, it reduces time cost to max shrinkage rate, it also decreases post shrinkage. Based on the research, the way to control accuracy of UV-curing molding products was described.
