摘  要:采用差示扫描量热(DSC)法研究了PA6/硫酸钙晶须复合材料的非等温结晶行为,通过Jeziorny法分析并计算得到复合材料非等温结晶过程的相关参数。结果表明,硫酸钙晶须的加入改变了PA6复合材料的非等温结晶行为,少量硫酸钙晶须(10%)的加入促进了PA6复合材料的结晶。复合材料的结晶分为初期结晶和二次结晶两个阶段,降温速率越大,结晶温度越低,结晶温度范围和结晶速度均增大。Jeziorny法能较好地描述复合材料的初期非等温结晶过程。The non-isothermal crystallization behavior of PA6 / calcium sulfate whiskers composites was studied by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC).Through Jeziorny method analysis and calculate the relevant parameters of the non-isothermal crystallization process of composites. The results show that addition of calcium sulfate whiskers can affect the non- isothermal crystallization behaviors of PA6 / calcium sulfate whiskers composites, the crystallization behaviors of PA6 / calcium sulfate whiskers composites could be promoted by adding 10% calcium sulfate whiskers. The crystallization process of composites includes two stages : the primary crystallization stage and the secondary crystallization stage. With increasing of the cooling rate, the crystallization temperature decreases, the range of crystallization temperature becomes wide, the rate of crystallization increases. The Jeziorny method can describe the early non-isothermal crystallization stage of this system effectively.
