摘  要:目的对某高校结核病疫情开展调查处理,为控制疫情传播提供有效措施。方法对患者进行问卷调查,访谈病例密切接触者及校医,查看校医院门诊登记本等,开展流行病学调查,描述发病分布,查找传染源。实验方法采用痰涂片抗酸杆菌检测和结核菌素试验(PPD试验)。结果 2011年1月2日—2011年6月1日,该校共发现6例肺结核病例(1例涂阳,5例涂阴)。网络工程A班1名学生发病,网络工程B班5名学生发病,班级肺结核罹患率分别为2.50%和13.16%。患者均为男性学生。结论本起学校结核病疫情传染源很可能为首发病例。加强健康教育,广泛宣传结核病的防病知识,增强师生自我防护意识,是学校结核病防控工作的重要内容。Objective To understand the reasons of an outbreak tuberculosis (TB) in a university in Nanjing City so as to provide the evidence for formulating the effective measures of prevention. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among the patients. The closing contact persons of patients and doctors of the university were interviewed face to face, and hospital registers were checked out, etc. The experimental methods included the detection of acid-fast bacillus (AFB) in sputum and the PPD test. Results From January 2011 to June 2011, there were 6 TB cases (1 sputum smear positive case, 5 sputum smear negative cases). There was 1 patient (2.50%) in the Class A of Network Engineering and 5 patients (13.16%) in the Class B of Network Engineering. All the patients were male. Conclusions In this TB epidemic, the first case was likely to be the infectious source. The university authority should enhance the health education and all the staff and students should strengthen their self-protection awareness.
