摘  要:主要采用生滑石、熟滑石为主要原料,添加方解石和BaCO3等其他原料,采用单因素实验法,考察了生/熟滑石的比例、方解石,BaCO3和球磨时间等对镁质瓷强度的影响,研制出了白度好,机械强度高、烧成范围宽镁质强化瓷。研究结果表明:当配方组成如生/熟滑石32/42(wt%)、方解石2 wt%,BaCO3 3 wt%时,坯料球磨30 min后,在1280℃烧成下可以得到机械强度高(135 MPa)的镁质瓷胎体,通过FESEM电镜分析可知这主要是由于球磨使原料细化,在烧结过程中坯体致密化程度所致。In this paper, the magnesia strengthen porcelain with soft whiteness and high mechanical strength was prepared using raw talc, talc cooked as the main raw material and adding calcite, BaCO3 and other raw materials. Effects of the proportion of raw talc /cooked talc, calcite, BaCO3, firing temperature and bailing-mill time on magnesia porcelain strength were studied by single-factor experiment. The results showed that magnesia porcelain body reached high bending strength (135 MPa) at 1280 ℃, when the formula powders such as raw talc/ cooked talc of 32/42(wt%), bentonite 2 wt% and calcite 3 wt%, was ball milling for 30min, which resulted in raw materials refined and therefore, the increase of densification degree for body at sintering process by FESEM analysis.
