摘 要:利用ABAQUS有限元软件建立了油管挂三维简化模型,研究开口对应力分布及承载能力的影响,将出油口直径与壁厚进行比较,分析不同出油口直径和壁厚配置对应力分布的影响。建模时将油管挂简化为具有大尺寸侧开口的内压圆筒,采用20节点2阶六面体单元划分网格。分析结果表明,开口内径比对承载性能的影响呈先降低后回升的趋势,其作用机理在于小直径开口对局部应力突变影响较大;侧向开口增加局部应力,导致应力分布不均匀。The ABAQUS finite element software was used to establish tile three-dimensional simplified model of tubing hanger. The effect of opening on stress distribution and loading capacity was studied. The oil outlet opening diameter was compared with wall thickness. The effect of different oil outlet diameter and wall thickness configura- tions on stress distribution was analyzed. In modeling, tubing hanger was simplified into an internal pressure cylin- der with a large-size side opening. The mesh generation was conducted adopting the 20-node two-order hexahedron unit. The analysis shows that the eftect of opening and internal diameter ratio on loading performance tends Io de- crease first and then increase. Its function mechanism lies in the fact that the small-diameter opening has considera- ble effect on the mutation of local stress. Side opening increases local stress and leads to uneven stress distribution.
