摘  要:针对部分海上油田油井存在的结垢结蜡严重的问题,研制了药剂分层注入工艺管柱,利用井下分层加药对接工具及加药管线等配套工具,将药剂从井口注入到油层部位的完井管柱段,实现了油层流体进入井筒后与各类药剂的混合,有效缓解了油层部位分采及完井管柱结垢、结蜡问题。介绍了加药密封筒、插入密封及密封头等3种主要配套工具的结构及工作原理,指出了加药工艺管柱的技术特点。室内和现场试验结果表明,该工艺管柱各项性能符合现场施工技术要求。There is a serious problem of scaling and paraffinning with some of oil wells in offshore oilfields. Therefore, the layered chemical agent feeding technological string was developed. The matching tools such as downhole separate layer chemical feeding butt tool and chemical feeding pipeline were used to inject agent into the completion string section of reservoir from wellhead. As a result, the mixture of oil layer fluid entering shaft and various agents is achieved and the scaling and paraffinning of separate production and completion string in reservoirs is relieved effectively. The structure and operating principle of three main matching tools including chemical feeding sealing cylinder, insertion seal and sealing head were introduced. The technological feature of chemical feeding technological string was pointed out. The laboratory and field tests show that the performance indexes of the string are in agreement with the technological requirement of field operation.
