摘  要:针对全焊接管线球阀苛刻的使用工况,制定了全焊接管线球阀材料的选择原则,介绍了全焊接管线球阀的阀体材料和阀座密封面材料的选择和质量控制要求。认为全焊接管线球阀阀体材料在考虑强度的同时还需考虑可焊性。为了满足全焊接管线球阀的焊接要求,增加焊接接头的韧度储备,需对全焊接管线球阀材料的化学成分、碳的质量分数、碳当量、锰的质量分数、微量元素P和S、冶炼过程、屈强比、低温冲击韧度以及硬度等进行特别控制。同时,提出了锻件的表面质量要求、锻件的试验方法和检验标准,使全焊接管线球阀阀体材料满足免焊后热处理要求;认为大于或等于Class600的全焊接管线球阀的阀座密封面材料在考虑"零"泄漏的同时还需考虑防爆功能。In light of severe service condition of all-welded pipeline ball valve, the material selection princi- ple for this valve was determined. The selection and quality control requirement of the valve body material and valve seat sealing surface material were introduced. It is pointed out that selection of the valve material should consider strength as well as weldability. To satisfy the valve welding requirement and increase the toughness reserve of wehted point, it is necessmy to make a special control of valve material's chemical composition, carbon mass fraction, carbon equivalent, manganese mass fraction, microelements P and S, smelting process, yield ratio, low tempera- tttre impact toughness and hardness. Meanwhile, the surface quality requirement, the test method amt the inspection standard of the forging piece are put forward, making the valve body material thermal-treatment-free after welding. It is believed that the valve seal sealing surface material higher or equivalent to Class600 should satisfy the require- ment of zero leakage as well as explosion-proof function.
