摘　　要：苯甲酰脲类几丁质合成抑制剂自从发现至今一直是人们研究开发的热点领域之一。在其发展开发过程中各种新药设计开发方法发挥了至关重要的作用。结合各种新药设计开发方法即拼合原理、生物电子等排原理、前药设计及孪药设计等对苯甲酰脲类几丁质合成抑制剂的发现、发展及最新研究进展做了总结。Design and development of benzoylurea as chitin synthesis inhibitors is one of the focused fields at present. A variety of new drug design and development methods are acting as important roles in the process of its development. Combining with the drug design methods such as combination principles, bioisosterism, principle of prodrug and twin drug design, this article introduced the latest research progress of benzoylurea as chitin synthesis inhibitor.
