摘  要:【目的】研究氟醚菌酰胺(LH-2010A)和己唑醇混用对水稻纹枯病的防治效果。【方法】采用菌丝生长速率法测定氟醚菌酰胺与己唑醇混用对水稻纹枯病菌的毒力,并进行田间药效试验进一步验证。【结果】氟醚菌酰胺与己唑醇按5:5(1:1)、6:4、7:3、8:2、9:1混用,EC50值分别为0.0168、0.0232、0.0345、0.081O、0.1345mg/L。按1:1混配进行田间药效试验表明:60-90ga.i./hm2的用量对纹枯病菌防效达90.67%-93.36%。【结论】氟醚菌酰胺与己唑醇按1:1(5:51比例混用后对水稻纹枯病菌有较好的防治效果。[Aims] The paper aims to research the inhibitory activity of the mixture of LH-2010A and hexaconazole on rice sheath blight fungus. [Methods] The inhibition effect of the mixed fungicide of LH-2010A and hexaconazole on rice sheath blight fungus was measured by mycelium growth rate method. Then, field efficacy trials were preformed and the result was further validated. [Results] Among the mixtures of LH-2010A and hexaconazole with ratios of 1 : 1(5 : 5), 6 : 4, 7 : 3, 8 : 2 and 9 : 1, the ECs0 values were 0.0168, 0.0232, 0.0345, 0.0810, 0.1345 mg/L respectively. According to the optimum proportion of 1 : 1, field efficacy trials indicated that the control effect is up to 90.67-93.36% with the dosage of 60-90 g a.i./ha. [Conclusions] The mixed fungicide of LH-2010A and hexaconazole with 1 : 1 ratio had good control effect on rice sheath blight fungus.
