摘 要:通过种间杂交可以获得丰富的变异类型,创造许多新的种质资源。通过对芥菜型油菜和白菜型油菜种间杂交后代群体进行分析,研究杂种后代遗传变异规律。芥白杂种后代群体以偏白菜型和中间型植株为主,其余为偏芥菜型和其它新类型植株。随着自交世代的增加,花粉育性逐渐恢复,在BC1F3代已经趋于稳定。杂种后代变异广泛,还出现黄籽、自交亲和材料,且都是可遗传的。BC1F4群体叶色变异显著,SPAD值在10.6~75.0之间变动,还出现叶色以及花器官突变体。芥白种间杂种后代群体变异丰富,拓宽了白菜型油菜的遗传基础。Abundant variation types can be obtained through interspecific hybridization which can create many new germplasm resources. The interspecific hybrids between Brassica juncea and Brassica rapa was carried out to study genetic variation rules of interspecific hybrids. The majority of hybrids progeny between Brassica juncea and Brassica rapa were B. rapa-like and intermediate, and the rest were B. juncea-like and other types. With the increasing of sel-ring generation,the pollen fertility gradually became restored and reached a stable level by BCIF3 generation. The yellow-seeds and self-compatibility, both inheritable, were found varied widely in the hybrids progeny. Leaf color variation of BC1F4 group was significant and the SPAD values of plants ranged from 10.6 to 75.0. Moreover, the leaf color variants and floral organ variation were observed in BC1 F4 generation. The variation types of hybrids progeny between Brassica juncea and Brassica rapa were abundant,which broaden the genetic base of Brassica rapa.
