摘　　要：普通军棋一般都需要第三方做裁判,现在提出用一种电子裁判器来替代第三方裁判,实现无裁判对弈,该设计采用CPLD来实现逻辑判断和输入输出显示,成本低廉,电路简单,性能可靠。Ordinary military chess typically require a third party to do the referee, now with an electronic device to replace the third party referee, no right as a referee. This design USES the CPLD to realize logic judgment and input and output, according to low cost, simple circuit, reliable performance.
