摘　　要：采用文献资料法、对比分析法分别对竞技健美操国际竞赛规则2009-2012年与2013—2016年两届规则进行对比分析,从艺术、难度、完成、场地的使用与时间等方面对前后两届国际竞赛规则进行比较,并对竞技健美操技术发展方向进行了详细论述。研究结果表明,在难度方面技术动作都趋于高难化;艺术评分方面的划分与分值分配更加细化,更注重运动员的表现力和成套动作的编排创新性;对运动员动作完成的质量提出了更高的要求;时间与场地的设置更加合理化。By using the method of literature, comparative analysis on international competitive calisthenics competition rules between 2009--2012 and2013--2016 two rules for comparative analysis, from the comparison of art, difficulty, complete, use the site and time of the before and after the two session of international competition rules, Competitive Aerobics and technology development are discussed in detail. Research results show that, in the difficult actions tend to be difficult; division and score distribution art score more refinement, innovation sex more athletes expressive force and the complete set movement; puts forward higher requirements for the quality of athletes in action; time and venue set more reasonable.
