海边月见草开花生物学特性初步研究

摘　　要：以人工栽培的海边月见草为材料,对其花期、开花规律、花粉生活力、柱头可授性、授粉和传粉媒介检验等开花生物学特性进行初步研究。结果表明:(1)5-10月下旬是海边月见草开花期,花期约170 d。单株花朵数可达37-42朵。(2)花粉生活力在花后15 h内较高,随后降低。花粉保存性不佳。(3)柱头可授性在花后12-18 h时达到最强。(4)海边月见草以风媒和虫媒传粉,是一种自交、异交均可育,亲和度较高的植物。In this study, with the artificial cultivated Oenothera littaralis as material, the biological characteristics of blossom florescence, such as blossom rules, pollen viability, stigma receptivity, pollination and pollination medium test, were preliminarily investigated. The results showed as follows. （ 1 ） The blooming period of 0. littaralis was from May to late-October, florescence about 170 d, and 37 to 42 flowers per plant. （2） The pollen vitality was high within 15 h after the flowers appearance, followed by declining. Pollen could not be preserved well. （3） Stigma receptivity peaked at the time of 12 - 18 h after flowers appearance. （4） The O. littaralis was pollinated mainly by anemophily and entomophily, is a plant of high affinity and is fertile whether selfing or outcrossing.
