摘  要:对在N2介质中160-220℃热处理4 h的人工林杉木木材与对照材分别人工加速老化250、500和1 000 h,研究老化前后木材的表面颜色、光泽度、弹性模量(MOE)和抗弯强度(MOR)的变化。结果表明,对照材老化后,色差(△E*)增大,其它性能降低,且随着老化时间的延长变化幅度增大;热处理材老化后除表面光泽度增大外,其余性能的变化与对照材类似,但变化趋势与幅度随热处理温度与老化时间而异。在相同的老化时间内,热处理温度升高,各性能的变化减小,影响最大的是力学性能,最小的是明度指数(L*)与△E*,光泽度居中;相同温度处理的试材,各性能随老化时间的变化不一,但随着热处理温度的升高,老化时间对试材性能变化的影响减小。总体而言,高温热处理材在老化过程中,其表面颜色、光泽度以及力学性能的变化低于对照材。The change of brightness (L"), total color difference ( AE* ), gloss of surface, modulus of elasticity (MOE) and modulus of rupture (MOR) of Chinese fir plantation wood samples before and after accelerated aging test cycle for 250, 500 and 1 000 h respectively were determined by the research, samples were heat-treated for 4 h at temperature from 160 - 220 ℃ in nitrogen, for comparison, control wood were kept untreated. The results showed that overall color difference increased, the L*/ gloss, MOE and MOR were reduced with increasing exposure time in accelerated aging test for untreated wood, the longer the aging time, the greater the change, also, the L , MOE and MOR of heat-treated samples were reduced except for gloss and color difference increasing after aging, however, it was observed that changing value and tendency of properties vary with heat treatment temperature and aging time. The change of properties of treated samples were decreased along with the heat treatment temperature increasing under the same conditions for aging time, MOE and MOR of samples were changed in the largest range which followed by gloss of surface, and then brightness and color difference. The change of various properties of samples treated by the same temperature were different, however, their difference vary little when aging time was lengthened with the increase of the keeping temperature. Overall, the losses of color, gloss, MOE and MOR of high temperature treated samples during accelerated aging test were lower than those of untreated samples.
