摘 要:以复合硅酸盐水泥为胶凝材料,毛竹刨花为增强材料,加入发泡剂及其他化学添加剂在一定的温度条件下发泡成型,制得轻质墙体材料。采用正交试验方法,研究了发泡剂种类、用量及发泡温度等主要发泡工艺因子对水泥基竹材复合轻质墙体材料性能的影响。结果表明,水泥基竹材复合轻质墙体材料最佳发泡工艺组合为发泡剂为金属Mg粉,发泡剂用量为3%,发泡温度为70℃,所制得的轻质墙体材料的密度为535 kg·m-3,吸水厚度膨胀率(TS)为0.63%,静曲强度(MOR)为0.83 MPa。In the paper the light wall material was manufactured by foaming under the certain temperature when composite portland cement was taken as cementitious materials, and bamboo particle was taken as reinforcing material, and foaming agent and other chemical additives were added. The influences of main foaming process factors including the type of foaming agent, dosage and foaming temperature on properties of the light wall material eomposited with cement and bamboo were studied by the method of orthogoual experiment design. The results showed the optimum foaming process combination of the light wall material composited with cement and bamboo included foaming agent of Mg powder, foaming agent dosage of 3 % , the foaming temperature of 70 ℃. The density of light wall material was 535 kg m-3, and its thickness swelling (TS) was 0.63%, and its modulus of rupture (MOR) O. 83 MPa when light wall material was manufactured by adopting the adove optimum foaming process combination.
